Team Entry

For the Tokyo Run, there are six Runners per team, at least the first of which must be female.  Other cities may have different team requirements. All groups are welcome: companies, schools, organizations, clubs.  If you are short of runners, let us know and we can provide volunteer runners to complete your team.

  • Teams can dress to advertise their companies or organizations.
  • Special prizes will be given, for example, for the most impressive team costume or oldest combined team ages.
  • Participation Fee: For the Tokyo Run, \100,000 per team (sponsorship benefits apply). Other cities may have different fee requirements.

Team Sponsor Entry

If you or your organization would like to participate but do not have a team, we will enter a team to run for you and publicize your organization.

Participation Fee: For the Tokyo Run, \100,000 per team (sponsorship benefits apply). Other cities may have different fee requirements.

Donations and Volunteers

If you as an individual, corporation or organization would like to support our Charity Run, your financial contribution or donations of prize items would be most appreciated.

Financial support to cover operating costs.  Gifts in increments of \100,000 qualify donors for sponsor PR benefits.

Prize items for top finishers, participants and raffle winners.

Volunteer Staff are also welcome!

How far must I run?

The Charity Run is a 10 KM (approximately) 'fun run' relay.  For Tokyo, each runner's lap is 1.6km.  Some teams are professional or amateur running organizations, but most are comprised of average people.  Physically and mentally challenged racers also enjoy charity run events!  Attitude is more important than ability in a race like this.
