With the concept of AOA (Active Older Adults) at the YMCA, older adults have chances to grow in spirit, mind and body.
AOA is a broad concept promoting self reliance, physical fitness, active volunteering, and interaction with younger generations.
- Opportunities for community services
The Y also gives seniors a chance to share their time and talents with others, such as children and young adults.
